1) Purpose & Acceptance
By submitting a review, you accept these terms. Reputify is a neutral platform used by our business customers to collect and display reviews.
2) Permitted Content
Reviews must reflect your own truthful experience. Prohibited content includes: insults, discrimination/hate speech, false statements of fact, unlawful content, confidential third‑party data, advertising/spam, malware/harmful links, identity or conflicts of interest (e.g., self‑reviews).
3) Verification & Follow‑up
To preserve quality, we may request evidence (e.g., documents, dates, contact attempts) and contact you. Without sufficient information, a review may be suspended or removed.
4) Review & Actions (Notice & Review)
If a review is reported or legally challenged, it may be temporarily hidden (“under review”). After an objective assessment, it will be restored, anonymized, or removed. There is no right to publication or reinstatement.
5) Right of Reply
The reviewed business may publicly respond. A fair and factual tone is expected.
6) Privacy
See our Privacy Policy for details (purposes, legal bases, retention, rights). Your data are processed, among other things, to assess reported content.
7) Responsibility & Liability
You are responsible for your content and warrant that you do not infringe third‑party rights. In case of violations, content may be blocked or deleted. Statutory claims remain unaffected.
8) Changes
We may update these terms for valid reasons (law, security, features). The current version is available on our website.
9) Governing Law, Venue & Language
Austrian law applies. Venue is Korneuburg, Austria.
These terms are available in German and English; the German version prevails.
